Banded Tozemua Shrimp - [Tozuma armatum]
Atlantis House Reef, Dauin, Dumaguete, PhilippinesIn this closeup you can see the eye and legs of the Tozeuma Shrimp. It is a long slender shrimp with markings that mimic Black Coral almost perfectly. It is nearly impossible to find. If it were not for slight movements they would remain hidden amongst the coral branches. Sometimes called Sawblade Shrimp, notice the teeth along the bottom of its snout.

This photo image is made by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. It has a glossy finish which produces colors that are very vibrant and the luminescence is breathtaking. The ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface is waterproof/weatherproof and can be cleaned easily with any commercial glass cleaner (avoid direct sunlight). How archival are Metal Prints?
Images printed with the MetalPrints process will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Like any fine art print, MetalPrints should not be exposed to direct sunlight or high outdoor temperatures. MetalPrints have an additional benefit over giclee or photographic processes in that they are waterproof and have an ultra-hard scratch resistant coating. The archival value of a print should be judged not only by its resistance to degradation by U.V. light and ozone exposure, but also to moisture and surface damage.
